“We had an amazing holiday at Cool Wind, it had just come onto the rental market so we were lucky to get in. Our family of six spread out and got a section of the house each, which meant we were never under each others feet. The younger members loved having a private gym that they said came with everything they needed. The oldies were very happy to relax round the huge pool and enjoy the local draft beer that they have on tap at the poolside bar. My husband loved having an air-conditioned tv room to disappear to! Nothing was too much trouble, Jessica and all the staff were amazing and the house is gorgeous and immaculately clean, we can’t wait to go back, it was one of the best family holidays we have ever had!.”

“We spent 1 week in quarantine at this luxurious villa and what a memorable stay it was! A huge thank you to our wonderful host Jessica for making our first family holiday one to remember. From the very beginning Jessica was prompt and communicative ensuring we had every little thing we could possibly need for our young baby and nothing was too much trouble considering these were last minute plans that were affected by storm Elsa. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived and were wowed by the finish and design of this villa. High end designer furniture, traditional coral stone and an indoor/outdoor living space with gorgeous views of the surrounding greenery, pool and stunning sunsets, what more could you need!? From sonos sound systems to beer on tap and full staff on hand to cater to your every need, this villa has it all. And our favorite part, the dazzling pool area, a real show stopper, aptly sized for my partner’s morning laps and with plenty of lounge and seating areas for some chill out time amongst the lush palm trees. This was truly an amazing stay and we felt very safe located within an upmarket secure residential area less than 10 minutes drive to the beach and some of Barbados’s best shopping areas. Covid protocol was adhered to by all staff and Jessica was at hand and at all times, going above and beyond to reassure any of our concerns throughout our stay. “We have been to the Caribbean many times but this was by far the most idealic. The Villa and staff played a large part in this: the home was gorgeous, sufficiently centrally located and utterly relaxing. The property itself is beautiful and well appointed from the lush landscape to the gazebo perfect for dining or having afternoon cocktails. Jessica was an amazing host. Responsive, helpful and so knowledgeable about everything Barbados. The staff in the home is TOP NOTCH. The chef, Esri, is as good as any at any top tier restaurant on the island. He attended to our every need and anticipated those we didn’t even articulate. Every meal was an experience. We cannot wait to return.

Everything is spectacular at Windfall. The grounds, the large bedrooms and bathrooms, the pool & lounge area… from start to finish. Jessica, our host, was attentive throughout our 8-day stay, and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable (ie. coordinating the timing of our Chef, planning our pickup for the airport, calling a tech guy -who showed up within an hour- when we had a wifi issue etc). Dennysha, Bibi and Matthew showed up everyday with smiles on their faces, offering to help with just about everything (Matthew even drove to get pool toys and backyard games for my children). The villa is in the best location on the island, in my opinion. It’s close to Limegrove Shops, bars and restaurants, the best beaches and is across the road from Royal Westmoreland Golf course. We would LOVE to go back!!

“We had a fabulous time at Windfall. The place was perfect for a family holiday, we had 7 adults and a little one with us and the set up with the pool in the middle was great as you can see what’s going on at all times and the sun canopy’s over the pool we’re perfect for if you wanted sun or shade. Rooms were lovely and luxurious. Everything has been so well thought out, tons of pool/beach towels, lovely bedding and comfortable lounge seating all over, everything felt super premium. The location is amazing 5-10 minutes from some of our favourite beaches, restaurants and Holetown for the supermarket and petrol station. The staff were amazing, we had Chef Gaby and Chef Cory cook us meals for the days we didn’t have reservations and we they cooked better food than we had at some of the restaurants and gave us a good taste of local food. Jessica the villa manager was a pleasure to work with and super accommodating helping us get fast track, transfers, recommended a car hire that brought the cars to us, covid tests at the villa and offered to help with reservations. Deenysha and Bibi made sure the house was nice and clean every day and was always a pleasure to see their smiley faces every day. We would 100% recommend anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Barbados and we are already discussing booking next year and can’t wait to go back and stay again!”

“Beautiful villa, very well situated on the island; an easy drive to the beach. Seven of us celebrated an 80th birthday and had a wonderful stay! After spending some time at the beach or a day on the catamaran, coming “home” and cooling off with drinks by the indoor/outdoor pool was such a treat! We had excellent weather and enjoyed al fresco dining a few nights. Chef Dane, Donna, and Matthew were so lovely, very helpful and accommodating. We would recommend a stay in this lovely villa.”

“Our family of 6 had a fantastic one month stay at Windfall Westland Heights in April - May 2020. It is an amazing house in a small gated community of 9 villas. The terrace with the Caribbean sunset views became our daily tradition - it was amazing. The pool with a retractable roof is a great unique feature of the house, not to be underestimated. It means that we could open it for the sun during the day but then put the roof up in the evening and use it late into the night. Jessica and her staff were fantastic hosts and even during Covid 19 restrictions, no task was too large for them. Jessica really went out of her way to make sure that we are happy with everything. Highly recommend!”

“First class experience in one of the most exclusive places in Barbados. My stay at the Windfall house was probably the most memorable and pleasurable. Within a gated area, this house has room for 10 guests. 2 master bedrooms and a further 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. These are all large super luxury air conditioned rooms. Each room has its own full Sonos surround sound system and a huge TV. There is a large heated swimming pool in the centre of the house surrounded by deck chairs and tables. The view over to the huge gardens is a sight to behold. The house comes with its own chef. What a great guy Kirk is. He served up these wonderful gourmets for us and his breakfasts were the best!! A choice of 3 dining areas inside and outside to choose from. A team of cleaners and gardeners keep this house in impeccable condition. I was very happy to have stayed here and hope to do so again in the future.”

“A warm welcome and first class service from Jessica, whose knowledge of the activities available for our grown up kids proved to be a tremendous help. From free diving and spearfishing to catamaran day trips and yacht charters for fishing, so much fun was had by all! Kirk the chef was a star too... we all enjoyed the meals he prepared and the thought and effort he went to to surprise us with his skills, superior to eating out ! The team of ladies who kept the house clean and comfortable were professional and accommodating. Garden was always tidy too. Photographs of the property online are a true representation of the accommodation and rooms were smart, comfortable and well appointed. “The property was perfect for both families with 2 master suites and three other suites for the kids. The layout of the property was great with numerous casual seating and eating with even a more formal dining room. We were only planning on using the chef a couple times but ended up using him a lot more. We all enjoyed eating at the house more than eating out (quicker, easier, a lot better service and significantly better tasting). We would highly recommend this property and all of the staff. “We have just arrived home from a most fabulous vacation stay at ‘Windfall’. The villa was exactly as advertised on site, I was delighted as I am a bit of a clean freak and this villa met my standards. The house is very well designed and the pool area was great as it became the centre point of the house, there was always one of the family relaxing in this area. Dario our chef was just fab, I even brought home a few Bajan recipes. We really used the house to its full, we went to the races one day and catamaran cruise another, but most of our time was relaxing around the house playing games etc. We love to travel and hop from place to place when we go away but this holiday was planned for relaxing and just been together as kids are all older and time together is rarer and more precious now. This was the perfect house to do so, I’ve been told by them all to book it for 2 weeks next time😁 I was a very happy mom to hear that, yippee. Jessica the house manager was very helpful but to be honest we didn’t need to contact her throughout our stay because she had the foresight to have everything just perfect for our arrival. Wifi went down once and Jessica had it seen to promptly, no messing there. There were tears upon leaving as my daughter headed back to New York and we all headed back to Ireland, we didn’t want to leave each other and I have to say the house was a big part of enabling us to have a holiday where everyone could have their own space but could also be together when they wanted. Thank you Jessica it was amazing.”
