Our coveted network ensures you will be able to enjoy all of your favourite sporting activities whether water sports, golf, tennis, paddle boarding, yoga, hiking or watching polo, horse racing or cricket. We can also help arrange in-villa massage and beauty treatments, babysitting, baby equipment hire and, of course, arrange villa pre-stocking with fine wines and spirits and the delicacies of your choice.
HOW TO BOOK
1. Call or email
We will check availability and help to answer any questions you may have and can also place a villa on hold if you need time to co-ordinate flights
2. Deposit and contract
We will send you an invoice with international banking details and also our booking conditions, on receipt of signed booking conditions and the deposit, the booking is confirmed.
3. Pay your Balance
Pay your balance 60 days prior to arrival and the booking process is then complete.
4. Finalise travel arrangements
Send us your travel arrangements so that we can help you with airport transfers and fast track and then simply pack your bags and let us do the rest.

Our beach facility for Cool Wind and Windfall, is at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion, which is approximately a 5 minute drive away. There is ample complimentary parking and use of sun beds, beach umbrellas and there is a 10% discount on all food and beverages and beach waiter service. Each villa allows up to 10 guests at any time.

All villas come with a private chef. Simply liaise before arrival informing them of any allergies or dislikes and they will work with you to prepare bespoke menus to your liking for your stay.

Just drop us a line with your list, whether it’s fine wine, food or sundries and we will arrange to have everything purchased prior to your arrival. A small fee will apply for this service.
